Burdeen's Jewelry

Worked with the best of the best Evan Shillingburg! I purchased a Panerai Radiomir in November of 2024 and quickly realized that it wasn’t for me. Searched around to sell and trade and had zero luck. Spoke to Evan and he took it and gave me a fantastic opportunity to trade for a watch I have been looking for - for quite some time. Fast, professional, and very knowledgeable. Understood my predicament and took amazing care of me. I’m ecstatic and truly grateful to have a new timepiece that will fit my current rotation! Thabk you Evan! Can’t wait for the next piece! 5 stars doesn’t do justice, he deserves 100 stars!

I had an amazing experience at Burdeen’s especially thanks to Evan. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I will definitely be back!

We bought a pre-owned Omega here. From their website to the in-store experience and support afterwards, the experience was amazing. They even gave us the original box with all the materials, put on the alternate band, and were just great to work with. Special shout out to Traci, the Specialist who helped us during and after the sale. Highly, highly recommend Burdeens!

Wanted to give a shout out to Roberto. I purchased my Grand Seiko in the Burdeen's Chicago boutique back in 2022. Since then I have many times over the years come in to Buffalo Grove to look at watches without actually purchasing anything. Roberto always spent time showing me whatever I wanted and offering genuine insight on the options. One time he even noticed how loose my GS was and worked on getting it sized just right for me. Finally, a week ago I popped to get an Omega and he got me all set up with everything even though it was literally 5 minutes before close on a Wednesday. Didn't rush me or anything. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new piece to work with Roberto!

Burden’s is an excellent choice for your jewelry needs. Evan is knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
